Naman Jain is a practising Advocate in Delhi, primarily in the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi.
Independently dealing with and handling service matters, labour matters, commercial arbitrations and litigation, environment matters, banking and finance matters, RTI challenges, public examination disputes, education regulatory matters etc.
About the Opportunity
Chambers of Naman Jain has opened up applications for the position of an associate to work with them. The associate starts working from the 1st week of July 2026 (could be tailored), with a short probation.
Areas of Practice
The chamber focuses on commercial litigation, labour and service matters, and work relating to Legal Aid Panels from the High Court and Patiala House Courts, which tends to cover a lot of other areas.
Roles and Responsibilities
Complete litigation support – Drafting Petitions, Applications, Replies, Written Submissions etc., making notes and compilations, undertaking research, filing. Will also get opportunity to handle certain hearings, as and when required, and able.
Eligibility Criteria
Practicing advocates with PQE of at least 1 year, with good research and writing skills and will to learn.
